Gaming Addiction is obviously very real and there is plenty of people that game too much or will let gaming prioritise other life experiences.
This being said, I don't think this is necessarily a disorder, this is just another thing that is simply addictive. Being addicted to loads of other things is not necessarily a disorder, although maybe being negatively portrayed in society, so being a "gameaholic" is not a disorder. I personally believe it is all just a bit stupid and another attempt at a scientific breakthrough that will never really ever take off.
